Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics to tailor regional marketing tactics effectively. Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns (including ABM when relevant) to generate high-quality leads and drive pipeline growth for vaylens’ SaaS platform. Own and manage logistics for regional events, including industry conferences, vaylens-hosted virtual and physical events, and customer-focused field experiences. Localize global marketing campaigns in collaboration with the central marketing team, including paid ads, PR/media outreach, social media, and partnerships. Partner with the German sales team to align marketing and sales strategies, ensuring seamless lead handoff and collaboration on go-to-market initiatives. Design and manage lead nurturing strategies to attract and engage CPOs, MSPs, and eMobility decision-makers. Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling marketing materials such as case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces. Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and present regular reports to senior leadership. Your profile Experience: 5 years in field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology industries. Track Record: Proven experience developing and executing successful regional marketing strategies. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the eMobility or SaaS ecosystem, with experience collaborating with sales teams, SDRs, and BDRs. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Tools Expertise: Proficiency in marketing automation & CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot) Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from marketing data.
