As a Product Sales Specialist – Automated Products (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge and experience and work in an exciting and challenging environment.
Your Responsibilities
* Representing Caljan to customers within the assigned region or account base, maintaining existing accounts and developing new customer prospects
* Driving sales of automated products within the DACH territory
* Ensure established sales goals for the assigned region are reached or exceeded
* Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers to maximize repetitive sales
* Perform product presentations, distribute marketing material, and attend trade shows and other industry functions on behalf of the company
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales roles, with at least 5 years in a global or international sales capacity
* Fluent German and English
* Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a global context
* Analytical and communication skills
* Experience working in diverse, multicultural environments and understanding of different market dynamics; experience in a matrix organization is a plus
