Responsibilities:
1. Managing and analyzing the business development of the Business Group and the associated divisions
2. Preparation of monthly management reporting including forecasting for the Business Group for management and the Group Management Board
3. Collaboration in operational and strategic planning across all divisions and Group functions
4. Support in the preparation of presentations on business development for the Management Board and the Group Management Board
5. Regular coordination with Freudenberg Group Controlling, the responsible division management and controllers as well as the higher-level Group functions in the context of reporting and planning
6. Carrying out profitability and special analyses and deriving recommendations for action
7. Continuous improvement of controlling/reporting processes, tools and systems
8. Collaboration on internal controlling and business group-wide projects
Qualifications:
9. Diploma / Master's degree in business administration / economics or equivalent education
10. 3+ years of controlling experience, preferably in a headquarters environment
11. Good knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI/CO) and MS Office, experience in Hyperion Financial Management an advantage
12. Fluency in English
13. Very good analytical and conceptual skills
14. Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and commitment
15. Willingness to travel at home and abroad
