About the job Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Management of administrative and organizational tasks for the General Manager DACH, e.g. support in day-to-day business and strategic tasks, SharePoint administration, appointment and travel management, correspondence management Understanding business and functional needs and translate into relevant actions & priorities aligned with General Manager Preparation of meetings and presentations as well as follow-up of actions Consolidation and preparation of information for decision analysis or strategic papers Close cooperation and active communication with internal stakeholders (direct reports to GM, Headquarters CH/AT, Office and Retail Team DACH) as well as external stakeholders Leading and/or support in special strategic projects and event tasks About you We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideal within an international setting Comfort in digital technologies and experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude Flexibility and ability to deal with a high standard of complexity Strong analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and data metrics, deliver results in fast-paced environment Highest standard of personal integrity and discretion, particularly regarding sensitive topics, fostering complete trust and confidentiality.
