YOUR MISSION:
1. Lead and execute multi-channel experiences aligned with creative and strategic objectives for Highsnobiety events
2. Manage the entire event production process, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, staffing, and on-site execution
3. Build, maintain, and grow a robust national and international network of industry professionals, talent, service providers, and venues
4. Develop, manage, and reconcile event budgets, ensuring all events are delivered within budget while maintaining high quality
5. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues to optimize costs
6. Oversee the hiring and management of temporary staff for events as needed
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as creative, client services, project management, brand partnerships, talent and editorial to ensure successful event execution
8. Partner with external clients to align with both internal and external brand guidelines
YOUR SKILLS:
9. Minimum of 7 years of experience in event production, with a proven track record of delivering events of varying scales within the creative industry
10. Strong project management skills
11. Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and production logistics
12. A creative and analytical thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing and directing event stakeholders
13. Resilient and adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously
14. Ability to thrive under pressure and enjoy working in a forward-thinking, dynamic, global team environment
15. A deep understanding of the Highsnobiety aesthetic and audience
16. Strong knowledge of cultural and commercial partnerships
17. Passionate about music, pop culture, and entertainment, with a keen interest in art, design, and technology
18. Proficient in event production software and tools is a plus (Asana, Splashthat, Netsuite etc)
19. A BA in Event Management, Marketing, PR, or Communications is a plus
20. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; German proficiency is preferred
