Demand Planner (d/f/m)

For our Global Supply Chain departement we are looking for a Demand Planner to support our team as soon as possible.
This position is limited to 2 years as a parental leave replacement.
Your R ole
1. Optimize forecast accuracy for assigned markets to positively impact service, capital and cost
2. Use advanced analytics tools to understand forecast development
3. Master and improve statistical forecasting
4. Enrich forecast in close collaboration with assigned markets
5. Actively drive continuous development and best practice sharing
6. Support Demand Management within related tasks of Sales and Operations Planning Process
7. Foster open communication and support cross functionally and act according company vision and values

8. University degree in Business Administration preferably with focus on supply chain or degree in a commercial education with several years of relevant experience
9. Min. 3 years of relevant experience in an adequate position
10. Excellent IT (SAP APO/ SAP R3) and analytical skills
11. Solid MS Office Knowledge, enhanced skills in MS Excel
12. Excellent conceptional and analytical skills with an affinity to statistical methods
13. Very good communication skills and strong ability to react flexible on different workload in an international environment
14. Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
