As a Program Manager, you will be responsible to:
* Manage and maintain the portfolio of projects for the Finance Division, in close alignment with the Director EPMO and the CFO
* Take overall responsibility for the project management of complex transformation projects, like the current Treasury Transformation project
* Report to the Director EPMO for visibility and transparency
* Ensure that Cargolux project management methodology is being adhered to
* Build and support cross-functional project team in order to ensure project runs according to plan, in time and in budget
* Establish and perform regular follow-ups, updates, and presentations on project progress as decision support for management
* Regularly challenge progress and ensure barrier removal for the implementation of the project objectives
* Align cross-functional stakeholders to avoid conflicts and to create transparency
* Use change management techniques in order to ensure buy-in and continuous progress of the project
* Communicate and coordinate regularly and effectively with all stakeholders to ensure involvement and support
* Demonstrate best practice
Essential Requirements For The Position:
* Master's Degree in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
* 7+ years of experience managing large and complex projects as program or project manager
* 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams and business and technical stakeholders
* Experience within the air freight, airline or wider supply chain industry is considered an advantage
* A good understanding and knowledge in the field of Treasury is beneficial
* Strong analytical skills
* Able to work with autonomy within program targets
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Sensitive to cultural diversity
* Fluent in English. Multiple languages (French, German) is an asset
* Profound knowledge of MS Office
Working Conditions:
* Permanent full-time position based in Luxembourg.
* A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
* Occasional travel may be required
* The position demands a regular presence in the office and requires vacation and other absences to be planned so as to avoid conflicting with service needs
