Your Responsibilities Completing and updating the product catalog of a variety of Games in our platform, primarily providing support for the Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh databases (particularly in their non-western brands PCG and OCG), as well as being responsible for the Generic Accessories and Weiss Schwarz product catalogues in addition to aiding in other Games whenever necessary. Assisting different departments with specific expertise: Support, by intervening in escalated requests requiring specialized game knowledge; Marketing, in social media content creation related to Games; Tech, to direct efforts for the improvement of the Product Catalog Domain. Your profile Proven knowledge and expertise in Trading Card Games, both of their existing product offers and general game standing, displaying vision and nuance, understanding both the dynamics and potentials of their respective markets as well as community trends; No specific expert specialization required – however, a certain degree of domain of the Pokémon TCG franchise is necessary, with further experience in Yu-Gi-Oh, Disney Lorcana, Bandai and Bushiroad Games, either or a combination thereof, being valued and recommended for the position; Strong affinity and enthusiasm for the general Trading Card Game ecosystem, alongside willingness to explore new games as well as getting acquainted and up to date with multiple franchises; Fluent in both verbal and written English (at least C1 recommended); Experienced in Microsoft Suite applications, as well as displaying an ease of navigation and research of online resources; Ability to work harmoniously in a team setting, promoting a positive mindset with initiative, organization and mutual help to achieve a common goal; Presence in Berlin is required.
