In this role, you will drive the alignment of content strategy with business objectives by leveraging valuable insights from Customer Experience, Sales, and Product teams. Your mission is to transform these insights into high-impact marketing content, ensuring optimal positioning across the right channels and formats to engage our prospects and customers. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy Development: Evolve and implement our content strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Content Creation: Develop and design high-quality, engaging content that translates customer insights into compelling stories and case studies. Content Promotion: Strategically promote and position content across social media, the company website, and other relevant channels to ensure it reaches and engages the intended audience. Oversee and manage organic social media efforts to maximize reach and impact. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Experience and Sales teams to gather insights and translate them into impactful marketing materials. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on content performance, using data to refine and optimize our content strategy. Campaign Management: Support the Demand Generation team in planning and executing content-driven campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation. Requirements Experience in B2B content Marketing, preferably in a software startup / scale-up environment or an agency/strategy consultancy. Skills: Exceptional in creating high-quality, engaging content across various formats (written, video, graphics, social media) that aligns with marketing strategies and resonates with the target audience. Furthermore, ability to translate the content into professional graphics and visuals that follow our brand guidelines is a must. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that drive customer engagement and support marketing goals. Strong understanding of how to leverage content to achieve business objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Customer Experience teams. Ability to gather insights and translate them into impactful marketing materials. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Proficiency in using content management systems and project management tools. Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in analyzing content performance metrics, testing hypotheses, and iterating content strategies based on data-driven insights. Ability to quickly adapt and refine approaches to meet customer interests and business goals. Languages: Fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication skills.
