Tasks Participate in all technical aspects of project and solution delivery including, but not limited to: Turn user stories into a technical solution by leveraging technical capabilities of the ServiceNow platform including scripting (mandatory) and UI Builder (optional) Ensure that the solution delivered is working according to the overall specifications and achieve a cohesive solution Act as the ServiceNow subject matter expert for any development tasks and topics In this position you will play a key role in project teams and the delivery model. Requirements 3 years’ experience in ServiceNow development is expected Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and preferably have at least one more Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred module focus: AppEngine, LSD, IRM, CM Pro, Source-to-Pay) Understanding of Agile methodologies Must have strong communication skills and be self-directed and independent Business fluent in English, proficiency in German a plus
