About The Role
As Head of Sales (Enterprise), you drive revenue growth & team performance. You close high-value deals yourself while building and leading a scalable, high-performing sales team. Your responsibilities include:
1. Close enterprise SaaS deals (€30K+ ACV).
2. Lead & scale the sales team (AEs + BDRs).
3. Own & execute the full sales cycle – Lead generation → Demo → Negotiation → Closing.
4. Optimize outbound & inbound sales strategies for predictable pipeline growth.
5. Develop & improve sales processes, pricing models & forecasting.
6. Track & analyze KPIs using Pipedrive (CRM) & sales automation tools.
What We’re Looking For
1. 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (enterprise preferred).
2. Proven closer – Track record of hitting/exceeding €1M+ ARR in sales.
3. Sales leadership experience – Scaled & led high-performing teams.
4. Hunter & strategist – Can sell & build a team simultaneously.
5. Experience selling to VP & C-level executives in large enterprises.
6. Fluent in English (German is a strong plus).
7. Experience in innovation intelligence, market research, or R&D software (a plus).
