Summary: We're seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our Global Marketing Solutions team. This Client Solution Manager will be part of our FMCG team, which provides marketing solutions to a range of traditional advertisers across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.The CSM is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts Facebook customers at the core of everything they do. With proven understanding of both online and traditional media, the CSM is responsible for partnering with the sales team to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by negotiating and optimising complex opportunities, and use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. Required Skills: Client Solutions Manager, FMCG (STE, 24 months) Responsibilities: 1. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, content, marketing partners) 2. Develop and enhance a knowledge of Brand Advertising and Digital Marketing, and accompanying Facebook solutions 3. Work and collaborate with a wide-range of internal cross functional teams 4. In partnership with Client Partner or Industry Manager, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners 8. Analyse data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions 10. Platform and Product Expertise 11. Drive education on Facebook product, company updates and share Facebook best practices as relevant to client or agencies' business 12. Influence product innovation based on client needs and feedback 13. Media Planning, Strategy, and Measurement 14. Provide and oversee Facebook marketing strategy, align with client's key business objectives 15. Translate business objectives into campaign strategy, proposing campaign structures and implementing measurement solution (derive actionable insights, synthesize results into recommendations) 16. Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimization of campaigns (oversee budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimisation and real time targeting recommendations) Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 17.
