The tasks
1. Management of the Project & Installation team with offices in Berlin, Neuss and Ginsheim-Gustavsburg.
2. Optimizing and increasing the efficiency of processes in the Project & Installation team, like implementation of new software to increase the efficiency of processes.
3. Developing and optimizing the project & installation team together with other departments in terms of a more efficient of way of working like resource planning and responsibility .
4. Creation of budget plans for employees and machines .
5. Forecasting and controlling sales, costs and productivity, combined with a consistent project controlling and cost control .
Your profile
6. University degree in business administration or engineering or technical apprenticeship with further education and commercial understanding.
7. Disciplinary and interdisciplinary leadership experience with focus in the field of project management and installation
8. 3-5 years of professional experience in comparable areas of responsibility, like for fire protection, fire extinguishing technology or technical building equipment
9. Experience of the construction business in terms of tendering and bidding and experienced in collaboration with planning offices & architectures
10. Processing of contracts according to VOB, HGB or project-specific according to AGB
11. IT skills of MS Office applications and fluent in German and Englisch (oral/written)
