Team Lead (f/m/x) IT Infrastructure
Your responsibilities
Together with your expertise we are building one IT Team for the region EMEA. You are overseeing the stabilization and harmonization of our diverse regional IT infrastructure. Your role requires leadership with strong technical background and focus on standardizing processes and technologies to ensure reliable, stable and secure IT systems to support the growth and digitalization path of Sysmex.
1. Leadership of the infrastructure team including the professional development of the team members
2. Design and implementation of a harmonized, stable, and secure IT Infrastructure (Data Centre, Server Management, Network, Storage systems, Cloud services, Monitoring and Automation)
3. Develop and implement a strategy for future Cloud-Utilization for the whole region
4. Define a roadmap for building and operating cloud-based systems (e.g. AWS, Azure...)
5. Plan and manage projects aimed at harmonizing regional setups, ensuring stakeholder management and timely delivery
6. Oversee the design, implementation of reliable and efficient operation and maintenance of our IT systems on prem and cloud based
7. Ensure user support in line with our internal targets and to maintain user-satisfaction
8. Contribute to the building up an EMEA IT organization
9. Good alignment with IT and the EMEA region
Your profile

If you bring broad knowledge in leadership, current IT technology and trends, user-friendly oriented processes, and ITSM, you would be a perfect match for us. More than your experience we are interested in your passion in driving things forward and help us to grow as a team.
10. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
11. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
12. Proven experience in stabilizing and harmonizing IT infrastructure across diverse setups
13. Familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid cloud environments
14. Experiences in most of the mentioned areas, Microsoft Azure, IT Networks, Identity and Access Management, Operations of Windows Servers or License and Asset Management
15. ITIL or other IT Service Management framework knowledge
16. Good listening as well as fluent written and verbal English communication skills
