Position Overview:
The supports business decisions regarding ImmunoDiagnostics’s core marketed and pipeline products as well as regarding the different customer groups and marketing channels with clear recommendations based on customer and market insights derived from secondary data analyses as well as primary market research studies.
The role will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and developing actionable insights to enhance our understanding of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape. The Senior Customer Insights Manager (m/f/d) will be responsible for multiple projects and collaborate with senior executives to align customer insights with organizational strategic and tactical goals.
A Day in the Life:
1. Identification of business opportunities and threatsIdentifies actively based on knowledge about customers, markets and competitors potential business opportunities and threatsSets up cross functional teams to work on these topicsSecondary Market ResearchIndependently builds and manages analyses for topics related to Autoimmunity and Allergy customers and marketsPlans, implements, analyzes, interprets and provides reports
2. Competitive IntelligenceAnalyses the performance of competitors globally and identifies potential threats for our Allergy and Autoimmunity business and finds opportunities for potential acquisitions andPrimary Market ResearchCollaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key research questions and objectivesGives guidance to Customer Insights Managers regarding the design and methodologies to be used for primary market research studies with laboratories, Health Care Professionals and patientsEstablishes a network with the external market research
3. Strategic ForecastingResponsible for developing innovative forecasting models for the strategic planning processesTrains colleagues and other functions involved in the forecastingDocuments the forecasting model development including all assumptions and model modifications
4. Analyses and RecommendationsProvides market and customer insights to support Management, Marketing functions, R&D and other functionsConducts meta-analysis across studies done customized for IDD as well as commercially available reports
5. Project TeamsServes as a project manager or member in internal projects within cross-functional projects requiring in-depth customer insights support

Keys to Success:
8. Bachelor or other advanced degree in fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Psychology, Life Sciences, Public Health or equivalent experience (Master's degree in one of the mentioned areas is strongly preferred)
9. Many years market research experience, at least two years out of it in the healthcare industry, preferably in the Diagnostics area. (International experience would be a plus as well as experience in Autoimmunity and Allergy would be)
10. Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, innovative ways to issues, and sound judgment.
11. Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills and the ability to work in international teams are vital
12. Ability to lead and coordinate projects through international and interdisciplinary groups
13. Fluent English (written and spoken) is required, second and third language would be a plus
14. Thorough knowledge of report providers, study design, especially regarding qualitative observational approaches, questionnaire design
15. Sound knowledge of the healthcare market, pricing, contracting guidelines and other relevant healthcare policies.
