Your Responsibilities: Implementation and Management: Independently lead implementation projects for our software solutions, ensuring they are completed within the agreed timeframe and budget. Client Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for our clients throughout the project duration, ensuring smooth information flow. Requirement Analysis: Understand client needs, translate them into concrete requirements, and ensure our solutions meet those needs. Resource Management: Coordinate internal and external resources to guarantee successful project execution. Quality Control: Monitor project progress, conduct testing, and ensure all outcomes meet WePlan’s high standards. Training and Support: Organize training sessions for end users and assist clients in adopting and utilizing our solutions. Reporting: Prepare regular project reports and document results for internal and external stakeholders. Your Profile: Experience: Several years of professional experience in project management, preferably in software or IT implementation. Methodological Expertise: Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Prince2. Technical Understanding: Experience with SaaS solutions and a good grasp of IT systems and data structures. Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities in both German and English to effectively collaborate with clients and teams. Organizational Talent: High level of initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Customer Orientation: Strong service orientation and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
