The junior sales consultant plays a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. You must be comfortable working with an upselling approach, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales opportunties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out and ensure timely and proper processing of all tasks and activities in day-to-day business with direct customer contact
* Sales administration = recording of orders, processing of offers and orders, as well as monitoring up to the delivery and creation of delivery agreements and delivery schedules
* Understanding the needs and requirements of our customers and identifying further business opportunities with existing customers
* Active upselling of products and services from our portfolio as well as comprehensive support for medical target groups
* Support field staff (presentation of qualified customers with high potential for further development or for the conclusion of a contract)
* Achievement of the set performance goals through structured, professional and sustainable support for customers and key account managers
* Close cooperation with the marketing department for campaigns / communication in order to develop new potential customers through inbound sales
* Documentation and recording of the activities carried out in the CRM system = Provides detailed reports and reports as well as customer status using an existing CRM system
Required Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:
* Bachelor / Master degree or corresponding commercial Training with additional qualification
* Qualified experience in international sales
* Strong passion for sales and upselling activities
* Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong listening and presentation skills
* Ability to take on several tasks at the same time, to set priorities
* Independent and solution-oriented action
* Willingness to make occasional business trips
* Proficient experience in Microsoft Office and SAP
* Attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to prioritise and plan effectively
* Very good written and verbal communication skills in English language
