About the Job
Are you ready to become a key figure in marta’s growth and take our sales to the next level? Do you have a knack for strategically managing sales teams and a passion for optimizing supply and demand? Then this position is made for you! Here, you’ll not only bring in your expertise but also actively shape marta’s success and celebrate real achievements.
Your Role in our team
* Your goal: At least 100% growth per year – and you know exactly how to achieve it.
* Your responsibility: You lead our 40-person sales team with four team leads and ensure that families find the right caregivers – and caregivers the right opportunities. This means balancing two key areas:
Ensuring a strong caregiver network (Supply)
* You make sure that there are always enough highly qualified caregivers on our platform to meet the needs of families.
* You drive the digitalization of our processes and maintain firm control over resource management.
Helping families find the best care solution (Demand)
* You develop sales strategies that enable our team to reach and convince even more families that Marta is the best solution for home care.
* You design a tailored bootcamp for Junior Sales Managers, equipping them with everything they need to succeed from day one.
Your additional contribution to success
* You build and continuously develop a high-performing sales team by maximizing their potential and increasing their performance.
* You analyze our sales processes and enhance them with targeted improvements – increasing conversion rates and ensuring sustainable success.
* You rely on data-driven strategies to continuously optimize customer acquisition and retention.
* You work closely with marketing, operations, and product management to secure long-term growth.
* You define clear KPIs and ensure that we constantly improve our sales performance.
* As a sparring partner for the executive team, you bring your expertise and vision to strategic sales decisions.
Your Profile
* At least three years of experience as a Head of Sales, VP Sales, or CSO – ideally in a growing company or dynamic startup.
* A proven track record of success: You have already achieved revenue growth of over 100% YoY and have successfully built or expanded sales teams.
* A completed bachelor’s degree (e.g., in Business or a similar field) that forms the foundation of your strategic mindset.
* A passion for data-driven processes and strong analytical skills to optimize sales performance.
* As an empathetic leader, you inspire your teams, support their development, and create an environment where everyone can perform at their best.
* International experience and a collaborative approach to working with marketing, product management, and operations to drive company goals forward.
* Fluent English skills in both written and spoken form; German is a plus. Polish or Romanian language skills are a bonus but not required.
* You thrive in fast-paced markets, adapt flexibly to new demands, and embrace change.
* Extensive experience with CRM systems and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Knowledge of the healthcare sector or staffing industry is an advantage but not a must.
