The role The crowd is Tomorrow's biggest investor - more than 10,000 people have invested in Tomorrow. We are still completely blown away by this continuously growing number. And because it's not just pure investment that unites us, but because we are convinced of the concept of participatory entrepreneurship, our crowd investors have voting representation on the Advisory Board, the most important supervisory body at Tomorrow. Every two years, our crowdinvestors elect a representative for the advisory board. With the current term ending for our crowd representative Anne, all crowd investors at Tomorrow can now apply for the role. Important: You can only apply if you are a crowd investor What we're looking for Management know-how in the field of start-ups and digital economy In addition to strategic questions of all kinds, the sessions deal with a variety of analyses and data from different areas - from growth marketing to fundraising to impact management. That's why it's important that the day-to-day business of a growing, agile company is not new territory for you. You should have several years of experience in a company with a digital context. Very good business English The board always meets in English, both for the meeting itself and the preparation, it is necessary that you are able to speak and write English very well. Communication skills You represent the interests of the crowd-investors and are elected by them. For feedback on issues and decisions, you should be comfortable engaging with the crowd twice a year to answer questions or provide context on different topics - of course, we won't leave you on your own. Enthusiasm to get involved in topics and issues The most important thing is: you have to want to get involved in topics and issues. There is a great variety of thematic areas, and accordingly it will always be necessary for you to be able to analytically explore new topics and weigh up perspectives. What we offer As a participant, the crowd representative is involved in key strategic decisions about the development of the company. The board meets at least six times a year. During the meetings, important company decisions are discussed, shaped and approved - from fundraising to budget to product strategy. The seat on the Advisory Board gives you as the crowd representative the right to control, vote and have a say for a period of two years.
