Job Title Clinical Research Nurse (m/f/d) Advanced Hemodynamic Management Job Description The Clinical Research Associate is responsible for supporting various aspects of clinical research activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, working under some supervision. The role enhances study procedures and processes to optimize efficiency and data quality throughout the clinical research lifecycle. The role executes site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, identifies potential risks, and implements corrective actions to address deviations and non-compliance. The role interacts with study stakeholders, tracks study progress against milestones and budgetary constraints, and provides support and guidance to study sites and investigators on protocol requirements. Your role: In collaboration with internal stakeholders, support the initiation and execution of clinical investigations (feasibility, pivotal, and real-world evidence) to validate the value proposition for the target market Create study training materials for hospital site research staff Participate in on-site training activities to support site initiation and continuous education as needed. Support anesthesiologists/intensivists/study staff in the conduct of intraoperative and intensive care unit hemodynamic clinical studies using arterial lines and pulmonary artery thermodilution catheters Support and/or monitor study staff in capturing hemodynamic measurements Represent internally the voice of clinical end-users and gaining a deep understanding of clinical workflow, delivery of care, and unmet operational requirements Performing study monitoring visits per ISO14155/Good Clinical Practice Be able to handle multiple sites and projects at any given time You're the right fit if: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent (e.g. apprenticeship as nurse) 4 years of in ‐ depth knowledge of the critical care environment (OR and/or ICU) Deep knowledge of invasive hemodynamic monitoring techniques Exceptional communication and presentation skills High comfort level with technology and nursing informatics concepts English and German language capabilities and willingness to re ‐ locate to Munich, Germany Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time, including internationally How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
