You develop and execute creative strategies to attract top talent through active sourcing and innovative recruiting channels. You proactively reach out to potential candidates via professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) with a personalized and engaging approach. You will conduct interviews, sell candidates on our amazing company culture, and ensure they’re excited about their next career step at Hornetsecurity. You continuously explore new, innovative recruitment and HR marketing strategies to attract the best talent. You analyze and track recruitment performance, refining strategies to optimize results. You support HR projects, including onboarding and employer branding initiatives. Requirements You are a networker who loves connecting with people and building relationships. You are fluent in both French & English – written and spoken (German is a plus, but not required).
