The company
Our client is known for producing high-quality tabletop miniature games, focusing on immersive fantasy and sci-fi universes. They design collectible figures, rulebooks, and hobby supplies that cater to enthusiasts who enjoy strategy gaming, model painting, and world-building. They have built a devoted fan base around the globe. For their commercial office in Barcelona, Spain, they are looking for language speakers to join their international Account Management team.
The Role
As an Account Manager you will maintain a trusting relationship with your existing business clients (independent retail outlets, such as toy stores, hobby stores, and book stores) by contacting them weekly to confirm they have the appropriate stock range. You will advise them on product orders tailored to their business needs, maximizing sales opportunities. Besides this you will inform your customers about new product ranges and identify opportunities to finalize sales. Furthermore, you will conduct stock checks and ensure sold items are reordered promptly. This is a fantastic account management role that suits someone who enjoys the challenge of selling to business customers and who is strong in building long-term business relationships.

We are looking for candidates who have:
* Fluency in German and English
* One other additional language in one of the following languages: French, Italian, Greek, Swedish, Spanish, Dutch, Norwegian, Romanian, Slovak, Czech, Finnish, Polish, Portuguese or Danish is a plus
* Previous experience in an account management or similar role
* Completed higher education
* Ability to multi-task and high organisational skills
* Ability to influence existing clients and grow sales

Excellent competitive basic salary of EUR 32,000 gross p/a plus relocation support, which will be a relocation bonus of 10% of your basic annual salary paid out with your first salary. Other benefits include profit share bonus (subject to meeting profit targets), pension plan, opportunity to gain extra four days holiday per year, staff discount (between 25% and 50% discount on products) and option to join the Share Save scheme.
