Could you be the fullt-time Subsystem Project Planning Manager (f/m/d) in Hennigsdorf we’re looking for?
Your Future Role:
2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to Luciana Mara de Carvalho Alvite and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
We’ll look for you to :
1. In tender, to prepare engineering schedule with métiers managers and pre-project team with Bid technical Manager hypothesis
2. In R&D and project, to update and consolidate engineering schedule, to ensure consistency with overall project schedule, to survey blocking points, to propose solutions in order to respect the committed schedule.
3. To provide on time all Engineering schedule deliverables requested according to tender strategy and project time management plans with a good quality.
4. To provide the required visibility on engineering schedule, highlighting critical issues and proposing actions plan.
5. To issue with BTM and métiers leaders committed and shared engineering schedule for contract execution and R&D project with SEPM validation
6. Engineering schedule construction
7. To build engineering schedule in collaboration with PrEM and engineering team (based on tender schedule and existing standards)
8. To support PrEM and engineering team in achieving their commitment on engineering schedule
9. To support PrPM in identifying critical path & to communicate. To survey blocking points regarding committed dates: To propose solutions, to follow implementation and to escalade if necessary
10. Give visibility on engineering schedule situation
11. To give visibility & Alert of risks on engineering schedule situation per project
12. To facilitate the communication between Team Members, PrEM and PrXMs on critical issues
13. To communicate engineering team project priority and Project schedule modifications
14. Continuous improvement on engineering schedule
15. To participate with EQM to REX along the projects for capitalization on métiers
16. To promote On Time Culture
17. To respect Engineering Plan management and Project Time plan management
