We are hiring for a Contract Team Lead (also open to Senior and Principal) to join our Frankfurt Office. We are looking to speak to experienced 360 recruiters that have worked in any Life Sciences or STEM sector with over 2 years’ experience. The role: This opportunity is based in our Frankfurt office, growing out our contract team, and reporting to our Associate Director in Germany, who has over 13 years of experience within recruitment. We are looking to speak to experienced recruiters that have worked in any Life Sciences or STEM sector with over 2 years’ experience; and have experience in either leading a team or mentoring more junior recruiters. International office relocation: for people who want to work in our other offices (New York, Seattle, Newport Beach, Zurich and London). Key attributes, experience and requirements: You should have a proven background within 360 recruitment, ideally in a transferable market such as Life Sciences, Tech, Engineering, anything STEM, and understand the various models available and benefits associated with each offering. You should have experience opening new accounts and examples of successfully delivering into them. You should be recognized internally and externally as an expert within your Practice area/ industry sector You should have experience mentoring, supporting, and developing more junior recruiters, ideally having worked closely with L&D to create training plans. You should also be able to provide examples of building networks and developing relationships. A key component of this role is to open and drive new accounts so previous business development success and an ability to bring new business into the company is vital.
