By working in different departments and at various locations, as well as collaborating in national and international expert and project teams, you will get to know the workings and processes of a legal department in a corporation that operates internationally. You will be supported by experienced colleagues from the Legal function and accompanied by a manager as a mentor. An integral part of the trainee program in the Legal function is also a stay abroad. You can apply your professional, methodological, and personal skills in practice and develop them further on-the-job and off-the-job in seminars and training sessions. You will also have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other Evonik trainees from different areas and functions, thus building and continuously expanding your personal network in the Evonik Group.
