Key responsibilities: Client relations Develop and maintain long term relationships with high value clients, understanding their needs Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise Analyze client financial needs and objectives to recommend tailored financial solutions, products, and services Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategies that enhance client engagement and service delivery Run regular service review meetings and/or conference calls with the client and internal departments. Advise clients on sustainability and ESG best practices, helping them to integrate these principles into their operations and strategies Attend board meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure accurate documentation of discussions and decisions Operations coordinator Establish clear and consistent communication channels between client relations and operations teams Act as a central point of contact between different departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve organizational goals Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of new projects (e.g. launch of new funds, liquidation, migration, etc.) Communicate project and service updates to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members Develop and implement effective cross selling strategies to introduce new services to clients Conduct regular consultations with clients to assess their current use of services and identify potential gaps that new services can fill Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in the fund industry.
