Employer Branding & EVP Manager (f/m/d)

Your key responsibilities:
* Employer Branding & EVP Implementation
o Implement and continuously refine a comprehensive employer branding and EVP concept to highlight the company's unique selling points
o Create, execute, continuously improve and innovate target group-specific campaigns and communications
* Strategic Candidate Attracting
o Develop and implement strategies to attract talent and enhance the candidate experience for different target groups
o Create and manage targeted recruitment campaigns for various talent segments
* Employee Engagement
o Create concepts for positive employee experience from the first contact through the first day at work
* Social Media and Digital Marketing
o Launch and manage innovative social media campaigns to promote our employer brand
o Foster a community in social networks, engaging with diverse groups
* Stakeholder Collaboration
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align branding strategies with company goals
o Foster cross-functional teamwork to drive branding initiatives
Your qualifications & skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
* Several years of professional experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, HR or a related field
* Proven experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Ability to manage projects and deliver results independently.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
* Structured and flexible working style with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong focus on candidate and employee satisfaction and engagement.
* Interest in new technologies to enhance employer branding efforts.
* Strong conceptual skills with a hands-on approach and digital affinity.
