As Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager (d/f/m), you are an expert on issues related to our total reward strategy. With us, you have the opportunity to further develop, implement and subsequently monitor innovative compensation & benefits concepts.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Conducting compensation & benefits analyses to assess competitive positioning and deriving recommendations for action for senior management
2. Continuation and further development of our function evaluation system
3. Implementation and management of the annual global salary round as well as the bonus round
4. Participation in and management of projects for the implementation, optimisation and harmonisation of remuneration instruments at national and international level
5. Designing and implementing rules and processes regarding job evaluations
6. Ensuring target group-oriented employee communication on C&B measures
7. Trustful cooperation with co-determination committees, including negotiations
8. Conducting and participating in works council negotiations on C&B projects
9. Building a global C&B community
10. Coordinating external service providers and contacts within the company on C&B issues
Profile
11. You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, economics or a comparable field and have several years of experience in the HR Compensation & Benefits area
12. We expect experiences in salary benchmarking, job evaluation/grading, bonus and incentive systems, if possible on an international level
13. You have a high degree of flexibility to quickly adapt to changing topics, interests and requirements
14. You have a high affinity for numbers, a strong analytical mindset and a structured way of working
15. You are able to drive projects forward successfully and have good communication skills
16. Very good German and English skills round off your profile
