Job Description
As a Business Unit Coordinator at Sopra Steria, you will play a pivotal role in client relationship management and operational coordination within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships through effective communication and strategic coordination of internal resources.

Your mission as Business Unit Coordinator:
* Accounting activities of Sopra Steria Benelux:
o External and internal invoices control;
o Billing, execution and follow-up: cash management;
o Time recording of employees and contractors, validating correctness;
o Expense claims of the employees;
o Management of external contractors;
o Supplier management;
* Support with Profit and Loss management of Sopra Steria Benelux – together with the Agency Management Team and Controller.
o Monthly closing: revenue recognition and issuing of PO’s and provisioning of costs;
o Supporting management and controlling during forecasting and budgeting process within dedicated tools.
Your profile as Business Unit Coordinator:
* You have between 2-5 years of experience in an administrative role;
* You have a education or background in finance/accounting;
* You a good knowledge of Excel;
* You want to be part of a growing organisation, with a hands-on Leadership Team and you are not afraid to pick up challenges;
* You are fluent in English and Dutch or French;
* You have a flexible, structured and customer-orientated personality;
* You take on new tasks with commitment, conscientiousness and independence.
