Reporting directly to the Board of Management, we perform independent and objective audit and advisory services aimed at creating value and optimizing our organization’s operations. Support us in achieving our goals by applying a systematic, targeted, and risk-oriented approach to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management, controls, and governance processes. Discover a job that is not only challenging but also rewarding, and help us achieve excellence in all aspects of our work.WHAT YOU WILL DO Plan, prepare and conduct internal audits and consulting services within CARIAD Group with focus on technical topics along product development processes (e.g. product quality and product compliance) as well as IT-related topics (e.g. cyber security and basic governance processes)Perform joint audits with different audit departments within Volkswagen GroupIdentify risks, opportunities and improvement potentialDevelop actions to improve the operation’s business processesPrepare detailed audit reports and presentation of audit results to managementSupport and track follow up activities WHO YOU ARE Degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, economics, or equivalent qualificationRelevant professional experience within automotive or digital sector, preferably in IT, software development, engineering functions, project management, quality management, auditing or GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) functions; minimum of 3 yearsExperience as internal auditor is strongly encouraged; professional certifications (e.g. CIA, CFE, CISA) are a plusGood understanding of business processes and ability to abstract complex and multidimensional processes and challengesAnalytical and numerical mindStructured and independent workStrong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to deal with conflictsFluent in English and GermanNICE TO KNOW Remote work optionsTemporary work from abroad in selected countriesFlextime / optional working hoursCompany pension planAnnual professional developmentSabbatical option up to 6 months30 days paid + 10 days unpaid leavePossibility for VW Group car leasingIf you have further questions about the candidate journey at CARIAD, please contact us: careers@cariad.technology
