Experience as (regional) account manager with Edeka / Rewe / Kaufland is a big plus. Profound knowledge of the German retail and FMCG category environment. You bring understanding what are the drivers for top- and bottom-line results and have proven success. Strong communication skills enabling you to build report with a wide group of stakeholder, in smooth and also conflictual situations Growth mindset: you are energized by hunting down growth opportunities. You are persistent to develop the business and yourself. Analytical strength in particular towards customer calculations, pre- and post-evaluation of POS-activities and negotiation preparation. Thus, knowledge in excel, SAP, Nielsen is required.
