About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategic Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our management system, streamlining information flow across T&O organizations, and providing executive summaries on various decision or review items. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to drive cross-organizational programs.
This is your new role:
1. Ensure the T&O Management Team SharePoint site is up-to-date with important information and accessible to relevant stakeholders
2. Optimize the flow of information across T&O organizations and different hierarchy levels to ensure efficient communication and decision-making
3. Provide concise and insightful executive summaries on various decision or review items
4. Own and develop the cross-organizational product cost down program (MVA program) to achieve cost reduction targets
5. Oversee and manage core cross-T&O programs, such as dual-sourcing capabilities, to enhance operational efficiency
6. Create and roll out reporting tools for T&O Program KPIs to track and measure program performance
7. Funnel and support various ad-hoc strategic assessment projects, including industrial footprint opportunities and AI and digitalization opportunities
8. Drive project management excellence across the entire T&O organization to ensure successful project delivery
What you will need
9. Master’s degree in business administration, finance or a related field
10. Minimum 7 years experience in project/program management, preferably in a business consulting position
11. Proven experience in program management, preferably within an operations environment
12. Ideally experience in the semiconductor industry, as well as deep operations and P&L knowledge
13. Strong project management skills with a history of managing complex programs successfully
14. A well-developed end-to-end process thinking, combined with strong project management skills
15. Proven track record in market benchmarking analysis
16. Excellent performance management & data analytics skills
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
18. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive cross-organizational initiatives
19. Proficiency in SharePoint and other project management tools
20. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
