Your Tasks:
* High value thiochemicals, diverse and complex products, and application range
* Demanding customers and global key accounts, in terms of support, engagement, negotiation
* Complex sales with multiple channels: distribution, agents
* Working in a team in a matrix organization & in an international environment, with people management
* Coordinate developments with key accounts to be responsible, especially for specialty products
Your Qualifications:
* 1-3 years in sales
* Fluent in German and English. French is a plus.
* Open-minded, adaptable to different mentalities, and communicative.
* Willingness to travel.
* Negotiation skills at various levels in an international environment.
* Perfect integrity and adherence to the company's corporate rules.
* Team worker and reporting diligence.
