We’re looking for a Head of Sales - New Business as part of our DACH management team to lead and expand our New Business efforts for the Core Customer Segment in the DACH region from our brand-new office in Hamburg. This is an opportunity to establish and shape our local presence by building and mentoring a team of skilled sales professionals. You’ll have an important part in advancing growth by implementing market-specific sales strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results in one of our most important regions. What You’ll Be Doing Attract, onboard, and develop skilled people to establish a motivated New Business team in the DACH region. Support your team members’ growth through coaching, career conversations, and consistent feedback, encouraging a culture of trust and collaboration. Implement sales strategies tailored to the specific needs of the DACH region, aligning with the broader company vision. Be a key contributor to creating a vibrant, inclusive culture in our new Hamburg location while preparing for future growth Work with colleagues from Presales, Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Marketing to create a united strategy for growth. Build effective relationships with internal teams and manage escalations with understanding and efficiency. Identify customer issues and work together to deliver tailored solutions that improve the customer journey and retention. Who You Are Fluent in German. Along with English working proficiency A people-oriented supervisor with 5-10 years of experience in guiding, coaching, and supporting sales teams, within the New Business segment and the DACH market Experiences in SaaS and growing companies Motivated by the opportunity to establish and grow a team in a new location, with a focus on creating an inclusive, collaborative, and productive environment. Strategic yet approachable, equipped with an ability to define actionable plans and inspire others to reach shared goals.
