We are currently hiring for 7Learnings, a leading B2B SaaS company. They are building predictive pricing software that enables retailers to optimize their prices and radically simplify their pricing process. Their customers include leading European retailers such as Westwing and Mister Spex.
As a Marketing Events Manager (m/f), you are responsible for driving community growth, engagement and lead generation through the use of innovative event marketing strategies. You will help scale their eCommerce pricing community and run events, ensuring that brand visibility is increased while fostering meaningful customer relationships. In close collaboration with various teams, you will work on strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
Your tasks
* Increase lead generation through events and community initiatives: Create impactful online and offline events to maximize visibility, generate leads and strengthen the market presence.
* Expand event footprint and post-event success: Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including organizing strategic post-conference side events to increase brand awareness and strengthen potential customer relationships.
* Strategic execution and collaboration: Align community initiatives with brand goals for customer engagement and lead generation, working closely with marketing, product and account management teams.
* Drive community growth and engagement: Grow the Dynamic Pricing Community (DPC) and encourage loyalty and active participation through engaging content, personalized community experiences, and high-quality events.
* Data-driven optimization: Use metrics and analytics tools to measure success and continuously improve your engagement strategies.
* You have proven experience in building B2B communities, fostering loyalty and active participation.
* You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English
* You have a strategic mindset with strong project management skills to efficiently manage complex initiatives.
* You have experience in planning, managing and executing events in B2B or SaaS environments, preferably with experience in an agency or consulting environment.
* You are able to create and deliver high-quality content to drive community engagement.
* You have data-driven approach with mastery of analytics tools to measure and improve performance.
* You have collaborative and goal-oriented thinking, integrating insights across teams to achieve business goals.
