YOUR CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES Manage Accounts Receivable Processes : Oversee and improve processes for invoicing, customer account reconciliation, and timely collections. Ensure Compliance : Support compliance with Local GAAP (HGB), US-GAAP and relevant transfer pricing principles is a plus. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaboration : Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including sales, legal, tax advisors, banks and auditors. Process Improvement : Contribute to process enhancements, implementing scalable systems to support Spryker’s global growth. Support Intercompany Transactions : Reconcile intercompany accounts and support group-level accounting activities. Customer Account Oversight : Monitor outstanding accounts receivable balances, ensuring follow-up on overdue invoices. OUR EXPECTATIONS Experience : 2–4 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably with a focus on accounts receivable in e-commerce, SaaS, or software industries. Expertise : Solid knowledge of Local GAAP (HGB). Familiarity with transfer pricing principles is a plus. Language Skills : Fluency in English and German Technical Skills : Proficiency in Excel; experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems is beneficial. Mindset : A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
