A Day in your Life at MKS Atotech: The Digital Learning Program Lead (f/m/d) will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI-driven educational content for Atotech Academy. This role requires a unique blend of project management, instructional design expertise, and a deep understanding of AI tools to streamline the content creation process. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between subject matter experts (SMEs), AI content generation tools, and the overall learning strategy, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality digital courses. You Will Make an Impact By: Lead Project Management: Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of digital learning content for Atotech Academy using AI tools such as ChatGPT, HeyGen, and Decktopus AI. Content Creation Strategy: Collaborate with SMEs to design course structures, define learning objectives, and guide the use of AI to automate content creation (scripts, slides, video production). AI Tool Integration: Manage and optimize the use of AI tools for content generation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and scalability of educational material. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all digital content aligns with instructional design best practices, is pedagogically sound, and meets the learning goals of the organization. Coordination and Communication: Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders (SMEs, leadership, technical teams) and external vendors for AI tools and platforms. Monitoring and Reporting: Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while providing regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and successes. Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows for using AI in digital content creation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Skills You Bring: Strong results and customer orientation combined with effective stakeholder management. Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in working with SMEs. Proven experience managing large-scale learning projects. Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HeyGen) and video production. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency with e-learning platforms, authoring tools, and LMS systems Preferred Skills: Advanced experience with video production. Strong understanding of instructional design best practices. Background in educational technology or AI applications in training. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or Project Management (Master’s degree preferred). Experience in digital learning development or instructional design with proven experience managing large-scale learning projects. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or HeyGen is a plus.
