In this role, you will enable your customers to maximize the value generated by data within a global, company-wide Business Intelligence and Analytics organization. In your new role, you will:
* Lead and develop a worldwide distributed team of BI experts of around 20 people in the area of CSP Reporting
* Define and align functional data architecture in close collaboration with businesses' cross-functional communities, and IT functional lines
* Take over full responsibility for the strategic roadmap for CSP reporting topics, committed deliverables, and timelines
* Act as a single point of contact for all Central Service Providers (HR, Finance, Procurement, Plant Maintenance) related data, reporting, and AI topics.
* Responsible for the productive project execution of the SAP S4 reporting migration project
* Own, define, and sustain the SAP reporting architecture and development (SAP BW on Hana, SAP BW/4Hana, S4 Fiori, Datasphere, SAC, BTP, etc…)
* Prioritize business demands and Change Requests
* Align, plan, and manage external resources within your area of responsibility
* Collaborate closely with technical and functional BIA architects
As a Director BI & Analytics Central Service Provider, you enjoy working in a global environment, respect different attitudes, and appreciate the contribution of others. Furthermore, you communicate across different levels, listen actively to your internal customers, and consider their points of view to create valuable solutions. Lastly, you inspire others with your ideas and explain even complex issues clearly and convincingly.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* At least 10 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or a relevant area
* At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a leader in the area of Business Intelligence & Analytics with a proven track record in people management and delivering innovative data products
* A people-centric mindset with a strong focus on leading and developing BI experts
* Proven experience in Stakeholder Management across domains and as a Project Manager for BI or SAP-related rollout or implementation projects
* A good technical skill set in the areas of BI, AI, and Data with a strong focus on SAP reporting technologies
* Excellent understanding of Business Intelligence and DWH architectures
* Excellent Knowledge of Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, DevOps), Requirements Engineering, Data discovery, Data Governance concepts, Data Quality, Data Architecture, Big Data, and AI
* Good understanding of semiconductor core business processes
* Strong consulting and hands-on mindset
* Fluent English presentation skills, while German is a big plus
