Your Profile
* Experience in fintech, payments, or digital banking, with a strong background in B2B sales.
* Proven ability to manage and scale a high-performing sales team across multiple markets.
* Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing large, complex deals.
* Deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting, and pipeline management.
* Ability to engage and negotiate with senior decision-makers.

About The Role
Vivid Money is redefining SME banking across Europe. We provide businesses with seamless financial tools, competitive FX rates, highest interest rates and efficient banking solutions. As we expand, we are looking for a Head of Sales to build and scale our sales function across multiple European markets.
Your Mission
* Build and lead a team, ensuring revenue targets and market performance goals are met.
* Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to nurturing high-value deals.
* Develop and execute a sales strategy for small and mid-market accounts.
* Drive multi-channel sales campaigns, working closely with marketing, product and other teams.
* Manage complex deal structuring for high-value clients, engaging directly with C-suite professionals.
* Optimize inbound and outbound initiatives to increase conversion and retention.
