Your areas of responsibilities:
1. Definition and constant optimization: product innovation & style, pricing strategy, assortment planning (global/regional) & line efficiency (always keeping in mind the brand’s D.S.F. principles) – all done in close alignment with Global Product Management.
2. Brand vision and proposition: Definition and execution of the Cybex HOME brand vision and brand proposition – in sync with the overall Cybex BRAND - to position Cybex as the globally leading brand for HOME / FURNITURE solutions within the juvenile industry.
3. Marketing roadmap: Creation of the strategic marketing roadmap, definition & management of dedicated budget to enable best target consumers’ connection (and experience), raise brand awareness and demand.
4. Distribution strategy: Design of the long term global omnichannel distribution strategy for Cybex HOME Global, increasing Cybex penetration in key markets, creating benchmark retail experience and allowing revenue growth.
5. Business opportunities: Constantly identifying new business opportunities & nurturing existing Cybex commercial relations with distributors & retailers and Cybex owned channels, as well as bring to life new distribution channels for the brand (i.e., HOME / FURNITURE channel).
6. Team building: Build the team & bring to life the processes for the new consumer-centric Business Unit organization model at Cybex.
7. Commercial launch: To set up the commercial launch for success from the start, hire (external) / win (internal) rapidly & manage directly the dedicated high potential global Cybex HOME team that will drive the execution of the strategy and secure implantation into the organization.
8. Collaboration: Partner with other business critical departments within Cybex, especially ensuring close alignment with all related operational teams, ensuring smooth business operations (e.g., Demand planning, Supply chain, etc.).
9. Transparency: Ensure transparency, business & consumer knowledge thru regular team meetings, market visits & business updates.
10. Collaboration with leaders: Collaborate with functional leaders (CSO, SVP Commerce, VP Marketing, COO etc.) to ensure efficiency & strategic alignment.
Your profile of qualification:
1. English fluent, additional language is a plus.
2. Experience in premium or luxury segments and high-end specialty retail strongly preferred.
3. Profound experience in Omnichannel sales (local special retailers and dealers, cooperatives, multinational sales organizations, E-Commerce).
4. Demonstrated leadership ability, proven track record in stake-holder management (inside and outside the company), experience in matrix & cross-functional teams.
5. High verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate strategies and goals.
6. Strong experience in a senior commercial management position within the Furniture/durable goods/consumer packaged goods industry.
7. Willingness to travel.
