Your Responsibilities As a Senior Service Designer (m/f/d) you will collaborate cross-functionally to define and deliver successful user experiences, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, and play a crucial role in modernising and simplifying our customer experience. You can expect to work collaboratively with other designers, but also cross-team and cross-platform with other stakeholders to ensure consistent experience across all user touchpoints. Lead service design projects, including user research, journey mapping, and prototyping. Develop and communicate service blueprints that optimize and connect customer touchpoints across the product lifecycle. Analyze customer insights and product data to iterate and continuously improve end-to-end experiences for a variety of business areas. P rovide mentoring and support to our younger designers and help them grow. What you need to succeed You already have several years of product or service design experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment leveraging user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting. Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and present complex ideas. Proven record of accomplishment in designing and implementing scalable, user-centric service solutions. You have a proactive, goal-oriented, collaborative attitude towards work. Your strengths include excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions. Business fluent English, additional languages such as German, French, Spanish is a plus.
