Become part of our team and actively shape the future of Building Information Modeling (BIM) The Real Estate Business Digital Organization looks forward to your application As a Technology Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and continuous development of our IT solutions for BIM. You will manage, maintain and optimize our BIM software landscape, including the Common Data Environment, modeling and collaboration tools and coordinate the collaboration with external service providers. Furthermore, you will support our internal customers with all IT-related requirements in the BIM environment – from license management to technical consulting. You will ensure that our BIM solutions are seamlessly integrated into existing system landscapes and that data compatibility is guaranteed. Your tasks also include evaluating new technologies and software solutions with the aim of continuously optimizing our BIM processes and actively shaping the company's digitalization strategy. In this role, you will contribute to the development of the Reality Capture (3D Laser Scanning) area – providing technical advice and specifically addressing potential internal customers. Finally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders from various departments, such as architecture, planning, facility management and IT. A key part of your role will also be the exchange with external partners and service providers. Qualifications Education : completed university degree in Computer Science, Construction Informatics, Geoinformatics or a comparable subject Experience and Know-how : experience in IT management, ideally with a focus on BIM, CAD or CDE solutions; solid knowledge of BIM software (e. g., Revit, Navisworks, ACC), CDEs and interfaces to ERP/CAFM systems; expertise in the application of Reality Capture technologies is an advantage Personality and Working Practice : You communicate purposefully and empathetically, both with internal and external customers, presenting yourself confidently and professionally; you are a trustworthy team player and motivate the team; your strong abstraction skills and systematic thinking are complemented by your independent, responsible and proactive work style in a dynamic and diverse environment Enthusiasm : for digital solutions in construction and real estate management, as well as interest in new technologies Languages : Very good German and English, both written and spoken In accordance with our regulations, the gross annual salary for this position is at least 117.000 EUR for a 40h week (for a full year of employment and fullfilment of the company's eligibility requirements).
