We are seeking an experienced Data Platform Architect with 8 years of experience and a deep understanding of AI and automation to design and implement high-impact business systems that drive operational efficiency and improve customer value for Future Works and its customers. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and technical teams to understand complex business needs, architect scalable solutions and integrate modern tools and platforms. What to expect: Cloud Architecture Design: Design and implement cloud architecture solutions that leverage Google Cloud and AWS platforms. Cloud Service Integration: Lead the integration of cloud services with our products, ensuring optimal performance, scalability and security. Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analysis using Snowflake for business intelligence, ML model development and enhancement of automation workflows with generative AI. AI Model Development: Design, train and evaluate AI models using AIML services, focusing on use cases such as text summarization, anomaly detection and predictive analytics. Document Intelligence: Develop and enhance content creation and document intelligence models utilizing Google Vertex Document Intelligence, specifically for critical processes where image, content, text and recommendation must change real time for customers. Enterprise API Security: Define implementing Enterprise Integration Security for API, Backend services. Prompt Engineering: Perform rigorous prompt engineering to optimize outputs for the range of generative models in use. Predictive Analytics: Executive predictive analytics leveraging Google Cloud AI services, orchestrating workflows. Data Visualization & Insights: Communicate findings effectively using data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) and contribute to the incorporation of data-driven insights into business processes. RAG Pattern Integration: Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate RAG patterns into core workflows and tools. What you’ll need: MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, ML Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience). 5 years of relevant work experience in developing and deploying AI models at scale as a Software Engineer or deep learning engineer. Proficiency in statistical analysis, advanced ML model building and data visualization with relevant tools. Mastery of Snowflake for advanced data analytics, statistical modelling and ML pipelines. Deep understanding and practical experience with AIML services and Google Cloud AIML platforms. Expertise in cloud-based orchestration with Google Pub/Sub and other similar services. Proven track record of building enterprise-grade RAG based systems using open-source models and orchestration frameworks with strong foundation in deep learning, with a particular emphasis on generative models. Proficiency in Python, C++ programming and Deep Learning frameworks. Strong capabilities in prompt engineering for LLMs and other generative AI models. Experience in working with and building RAG pipelines. Fluent in English, German would be ideal.
