Location: Ansbach, Germany Worksite: On-site Position: Part-time Duties: · Conduct Relocation Readiness briefings and classes monthly or by request using materials provided by ACS staff. · Topics include: Host Nation Orientation and Walking Tour: A 2-day course every 2 weeks on German customs, courtesies, traditions, and language, including a classroom session and walking tour through Ansbach. Basic Conversational German Class: A 1-1.5-hour session held twice per week, covering basics of the German language. English as a Second Language (ESL) Class: A 1-1.5-hour session held once per week, covering basics of the English language. · Enter class and client tracking information in the Client Tracking System within three workdays of the training/briefing. · Coordinate with the ACS Operations Officer quarterly to suggest improvements to class content. · Measure customer satisfaction using the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) website. · Be available during facility operating hours to conduct briefings, classes, and services by request or on demand. Requirements: Experience in conducting educational briefings and classes. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage and track class and client information in a timely manner. Proficiency in using client tracking systems and other related software. Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and class materials. Availability during facility operating hours to conduct classes and provide services as needed. Fluency in both English and German.
