Your key responsibilities:
1. Perform Customer Service tasks for an assigned portfolio of customers working as part of a team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Receives and processes all types of customer orders including complex and / or export orders.
3. Responsible for inquiry & order handling process from beginning to end.
4. Acts as a primary customer interface for important external customers, distributors, potential customers and other roles internal to the business. Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of assigned customers: knowledge of roles and responsibilities at the customer and knowledge of internal relationships/decision makers, understands the business model.
5. Pro-actively interacts with customer for notification of late orders due to product availability, transportation issues.
6. Interacts with broader network of Internal DuPont Partners to ensure that the customers’ requirements are understood and commitments are met.
7. Processes customer complaints and returns according to Complaint Management process and return policies. Is able to identify need for extra information to enable a thorough complaint analysis.
8. Performs quality control checks and takes subsequent corrective actions.
9. Actively monitors open orders to ensure that deliveries arrive at the customer on time, as committed.
10. Follows desk procedures/policies.
11. Is able to provide backup coverage for other CSRs.
Qualifications:
12. Bachelor degree / Apprenticeship or equivalent. Prior experience in a customer service or logistics role.
13. Language skills : Fluent in English and German.
14. IT skills : Good knowledge of SAP, SFDC Service Cloud and Excel.
15. Experience in Customer Service
16. Strong interpersonal skills; good teamwork & collaboration.
17. Good written & verbal communication skills.
18. Understanding of the Sales to Cash process.
