What you'll do:
1. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from attracting top talent to onboarding new hires.
2. Assist with resolving legal queries related to employment matters.
3. Foster a positive and engaging hotel environment for our employees.
4. Handle day-to-day HR administration tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
5. Manage contract amendments for our team members.
Who you are:
6. You have 1-2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.
7. Fluency in German and English is a non-negotiable requirement.
8. You possess a strong understanding of German labor law and its implications for HR practices.
9. You are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills.
10. You are a proactive problem solver with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
