Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and ensuring a clean and professional environment
2. Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
3. Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials
4. Provide support on various projects as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved
5. Prepare and process financial documents, such as expense reports and purchase orders
6. Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
7. Update contact lists, employee directories, and organizational charts
8. Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for staff when necessary
9. Assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings, and conferences
10. Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
11. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
12. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
13. Strong organizational and time management skills
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
15. Good English language competencies (written and spoken) equivalent to at least category B1 of the EU reference model
16. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
17. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
18. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
19. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
