Your Tasks:
1. You take over all HR topics "end-to-end" within a firmly defined support area
2. As a central contact person, you advise and support managers and employees in all personnel-related issues
3. You are responsible for recruiting from the first briefing to applicant management and contract signing
4. In coordination with our Center of Excellence, you support the further development of our employees
5. You build a trusting collaboration with managers, employees as well as your HR colleagues and stakeholders
Your Profile
6. You have successfully completed your studies, for example in the field of business administration, a humanities or social science or comparable
7. You have first HR-relevant experience (. in recruiting, personnel support) as well as a hands-on mentality
8. You are looking for a broad task and want to think outside the box
9. Your passion for working with people makes it easy for you to conduct challenging conversations confidently and respectfully
10. You enjoy to work results-oriented and independently on your topics in a structured manner
11. Your working language is German, good English skills complete your profile
