Responsibilities
:
1. Implementation and ongoing development of construction cost control processes.
2. Budget management for individual project sections, including target-actual tracking.
3. Identifying deviations and initiating corrective measures.
4. Supporting management decisions through precise reporting and documentation.
5. Calculating costs for individual trades and reviewing incoming invoices.
6. Coordinating with accounting (creditors, debtors).
Your Profile:
7. Degree in business studies or a comparable qualification.
8. Several years of professional experience in the construction industry (advantageous).
9. Proficient in MS Office, with solid accounting knowledge.
10. Experience with calculation programs, preferably RIB iTWO.
11. Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with excellent numerical skills.
12. Fluent in spoken and written German. Knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage.
13. Self-motivated, with a confident and team-oriented working style.
