Pharmacometrics Expert (all genders)
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you interested in gaining insights into Model Informed Drug Development (MIDD) at Bayer? Then become part of Pharmacometrics (PMX) as a Pharmacometrics Expert.
* You will support the MIDD team to provide PMX contributions for submissions to FDA and EMA
* You will gain MIDD and regulatory experience by conducting reviews and quality checks of PMX analyses and submission documents
* With support from experienced pharmacometricians, you will conduct PMX analyses in clinical projects, such as Population PK, Population PK/PD, Exposure-Response, and Model-Based-Meta-Analysis
* You will learn to apply PMX models to answer drug development related questions, e.g. by simulations
* Based on your interests and skills, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge PMX methodologies

* You hold a university degree and PhD in (Life) Sciences (Pharmacy/Medicine), Engineering, and/or Mathematics with a focus on population PK/PD M&S and/or Statistics
* Alternatively, experience in the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating deep, hands-on expertise in population PK/PD M&S methodologies, is also highly valued
* You are experienced in using pharmacometric software tools, including NONMEM, Monolix, and R (specifically RxODE and nlmixR), among others
* You are fluent in English, both verbal and written (German is an advantage)
